Connecting Deeptech Supply with the Sectors That Need It

Context

A conference can put suppliers and buyers in the same building and still send them home having only watched the same panel. The part that was missing was the meeting itself (a specific supplier sitting across from a specific buyer with a real problem to solve). The opportunity was to design for that meeting directly, rather than hope it happened on the sidelines of an event.

The ask

To design and run specialised workshops that bring the two sides together on purpose: choosing the technologies most worth pursuing, targeting the sectors where those technologies genuinely fit, and moving people toward adoption and investment rather than general discussion.

Our approach

We built the workshops around the meeting, not the agenda, from choosing what to convene around to turning attendance into real deals:

Prioritise: Identified the priority technologies worth convening around.

Target: Matched each technology to the sectors where it genuinely applied, across health, energy, industrial and logistics.

Convene: Designed and delivered workshops built around specific supplier and buyer pairings.

Convert: Structured attendance into dedicated supply and demand matchmaking meetings, and worked to drive adoption and open investment between the parties.
