AI Health Hackathon "Enayathon"

Context

Many valuable ideas in healthcare come from people who lack a clear route to develop them, clinicians, specialists, and small companies working outside established channels. A hackathon provides a structured way to surface these ideas, present them to the people able to act on them, and support the strongest ones toward practical use. The aim was to deliver this as a formal competition rather than a single event.

The ask

To run a healthcare hackathon that would attract strong ideas from across the sector, provide participating teams with mentor support from the initial concept through to the final pitch, and ensure that the leading solutions were adopted and put to use rather than simply presented.

Our approach

We managed the program from start to finish, from establishing the rules to supporting the winning teams in their next steps.

We began by setting up the program: Defining the judging criteria and setting the healthcare challenges the teams would address. We then built the elements required to run it, the internal teams, the governance and management model, and the online platform. During the event, we delivered the workshops and mentor sessions. At its conclusion, we worked with the winning teams to advance their solutions and connect them with incubation and delivery partners.
